Yes, 14 days with full access and no credit card required. The trial runs on Solo’s included AI Receptionist minutes, so what you hear during the trial is what you get on Solo.

Is the AI receptionist included on every plan?

Yes. What changes by plan is how many AI Receptionist minutes are included each month and the per-minute price if you buy more. If a month’s minutes run out, calls fall back to voicemail, and then to a text-us message, so callers are never cut off silently.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account settings. There is no long-term contract.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused credits. That is why there is a full 14-day free trial first: cancel before it ends and you are never billed.
