1. Who We Are
Tradrux is a SaaS product operated by Datastruk Software Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We provide AI-powered communication triage software for small and medium-sized businesses.

2. What Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash). We also collect your business name and phone number to generate your unique inbound address.
2.2 Communications Content
Tradrux processes email messages and voicemails that you forward to your Tradrux inbound address. This content may include communications from your customers, vendors, and other third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward and process these communications through our service.
2.3 User-Generated Content
Notes, observations, and other content you enter directly into Tradrux (text notes, voice notes) are stored and processed as part of the service.
2.4 Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the service, including which features you use, actions you take within the app, and triage results generated by our AI.
2.5 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for account management purposes.
2.6 Technical Data
We collect standard technical data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and log data when you access Tradrux.
2.7 Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (tradrux.com). Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information about your browser, device, and browsing behaviour on our site.
We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimisation, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Tradrux service
- Process and triage communications you forward to us
- Generate AI-powered summaries, classifications, and action items
- Manage your account and subscription
- Process payments through Stripe
- Send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing notices, product updates)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Improve our product through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis
- Comply with legal obligations
4. AI Processing and Sub-Processors
Tradrux uses third-party services to process your data. By using Tradrux, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following sub-processors:

We have data processing agreements in place with each sub-processor. All sub-processors are contractually required to process your data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Note on AI processing: Communications you forward to Tradrux are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for triage classification. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their API usage policies. We do not use your communications content to train any AI models.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account:
- Your messages, triage results, and associated data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation or deletion
- Your billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely
During the 30-day retention period after cancellation, you may contact us at support@tradrux.com to request early deletion of your data.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Row-level security on our database ensuring your data is isolated from other accounts
- Password hashing using bcrypt
- Session tokens hashed with SHA-256
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
Canadian Users (PIPEDA)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Withdraw consent for collection, use, or disclosure of your information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
California Users (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Delete personal information we have collected from you
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

8. Third-Party Communications Content
When you forward emails from your customers or vendors to Tradrux, you are sharing their communications with us. You represent and warrant that:
- You have a legitimate business purpose for processing these communications
- You have the right to use these communications in connection with your business
- Your use of Tradrux complies with all applicable laws regarding interception and processing of communications
We process third-party communications content solely to provide you with the Tradrux service and do not use it for any other purpose.
9. Cookies
Our website (tradrux.com) uses cookies for:
- Essential cookies — required for the application to function (session management, authentication)
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site
- Behavioural analytics cookies — Microsoft Clarity, to capture heatmaps, session replays, and interaction data for site improvement and fraud/security purposes
By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data as described in this policy. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings, Google's opt-out tools, or by visiting the Microsoft Privacy Statement for information on Microsoft's data practices.
10. Children's Privacy
Tradrux is a business software product not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@tradrux.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Tradrux application. Your continued use of Tradrux after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
